Telehealth

Telehealth is a form of therapy that is effective for most clients. Our passion for telehealth therapy started during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and has continued until now.

Rachel is a highly practiced therapist in telehealth and clients have seen very similar benefits in telehealth therapy when compared to traditional therapy. With telehealth there are the added perks of:

1) Some flexibility of location for your session (please inform your therapist of your location at the beginning of your call)

2) Convenience of scheduling therapy in the middle of your work day, on a lunch break, or any time that is most convenient for you.

3) The comfort of being in your own space and building tools for emotional regulation within your personal context!
